What are the age limits?
0 to 12 years old is classified as a child, 13 years and upwards is classified as an adult, 65 plus is OAP. If the event offers a discount rate for students or OAPs the box office will request ID upon your arrival.

I have not received my confirmation?
Confirmation is emailed to the address provided at the time of booking. Please check your spam folder to ensure that your booking has not been automatically moved by your email system. If not, please log-in to the account you created a Wish4ticket and you will be able to confirm your email address and access your booking and print out tickets.

I have forgotten or lost my password?
Please visit the forgotten password page where you can create a new one.

I cannot print my E-tickets as I do not have a printer?
Please choose to have your tickets delivered by post when booking. If you have already placed your booking, do you have a friend with a printer that you can forward the email to?

Can I change the day or time?
We regret that NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS are permitted in any circumstances. This statement is highlighted at the checkout. Once you have booked and paid for your tickets they cannot be changed so we advise that you read our terms and conditions before you proceed to the checkout.

Special requirements
If a member of your party has a special requirement, you will be able to let us know this at the time of your booking. The box office will have your information so please make them aware upon your arrival. If you have forgotten to give this information to us at the time of your booking you can let us know by sending an email to specialneeds@wish4ticket.com.

Payments
Wisht4icket.com accepts all major credit cards except American Express and Diners Card. All payments will only be taken from your account upon clearance of funds and confirmation of booking.

What is the latest time I can book a ticket before an event?
Tickets are available to purchase in advance up until midnight the day before you wish to attend. 

Can I just turn up on the day?
At some events such as Christmas Grottos, there is an allocation of tickets available each day at the venue. If you arrive early at the event you may be able to obtain tickets, but this is not guaranteed.

What happens to my personal information that is stored on your database. 
We do not pass on or sell your personal data. This is stored if you have opted in for us to be able to contact you for a similar event in the future. If you do not wish us to contact you again and you have selected the ‘OPT OUT’ button your information will automatically be deleted.
